The movie did say Ant-man became lighter when he shrunk, but his strength stayed the same. What doesn’t make sense is when ant-man gets giant and gains super strength.

My favorite explanation for the inconsistency of the tech is that Pimm just gave the quickest, easiest explanation Scott/the audience would understand, but it's actually more complicated. Though it wouldn't even have been hard to explain it in a way that fits what we see in the movie: if the suit can do both shrinking the space between atoms and decreasing/increasing the size of said atoms, and this can be done together or swapped at will, then everything works. Which doesn't even technically contradict the idea that they retain their mass, since technically they'd still be made up of the same amount of material.

So you have a new internet concept for me? Yes, I do. "We" put on different clothes and one of "us" wears glasses so we appear slightly different as we make snarky comments and observations about popular movies while throwing in our own catch phrases. Catchphrases are tight! But won't it be difficult to get views with so much to choose from already on the internet? Super easy, barely an inconvenience. We'll just piggy back off of movies and other media that are already super popular and then once we have the fan boys attention we will keep it with fast edits and then have them tell us what to do next so they come back to see what we already know they want. I love it!

They should have had different pym particles; one kind make you weigh the same as when you were big, another kind make you very light, etc... Someone pointed out how the Avengers compound has a security system that can detect ants but doesnt do anything when thanos appears and destroys the roof in Endgame lol

I loved that you pointed out all the inconsistencies with the whole premise of removing the space between atoms. That always bothered me. And a thief? Really, you're going to make Antman a thief rather than a younger Hank Pym? "Where's Antman?" "He's doing meth in the alley."
