Fantastic sculpture! I wish you would have had a timer going each time you worked on this so everyone could see exactly how long traditional sculpting takes.

How do you choose what to mould or do you only make molds of your... "best" models?

I make molds for almost all of my work. To improve the skill of making copies, I train as follows. And I can make several copies, for different coloring options of the same work.
