Just heard the best way to stay safe in the water? The use of PFD's = life jacket has been in the news for over 40 years. Schools and the news used to teach water safety, now what are they teaching? The news should go on training's with swift water rescuers. Then, play that on all media platforms. Make it fun for your viewers to watch. That would be awesome for the community's
