Another thing we can use are the smart scales. They show you your weight, body fat% and muscle mass. Best thing all the data goes to app on your and you can measure and track your progress at anytime.

I've got this bioelectrical impedance machine for checking fat percent. But ive heard that these machines and the tool you were using aren't that accurate and the only way to know your actual body fat is to go for a dexa scan...So can I really rely on that tool or the machine I've got at my gym? I'm not on fat loss, I'm still bulking but I need to know my fat percent also so I know when to stop. For now, the machine shows I'm at 16 percent BF

Yeah these tools are not 100% all the time, but it still is better than having no idea where the body composition is going.

I'm not taking any pre workout suppliment I'm taking natural carbs before 40min of my workout I'm building naturally n having good results but in whole day my hands are in shivering motion please reply brother

Sir i am begginer And my protien absorption is very low so i am talking 20 gram of protien and i am talking 4 meals a day and after workout 20 gram protien.. is it ok?

Sir mughe 3 months ho chuke hai gym krte hue but meri protien absorption bhot hi kam hai me din me total 4 meal leta hu or har meal me 20 gram protien or 40 grams of carbs le rha hu to sir mere protien digest ni ho pata zyada so how to increase my protien absorption. ..please help me

Pawan Kumar You can include Disgestive enzymes and Apple cider vinegar in your diet.. It will definitely help you with protein absorption!
