Well, that's a freaky coincidence. There's a room attached to my room we call the "secret room" my parents gave to me and my brother to play in when we were little. It has a tiny door. It's right next to my closet. And it makes scary noises. Thankfully it's filled with stuff, so a ghost would be rather squished.

I don't believe in the paranormal, but if I were the protagonist, I'd like to think that I would have instead talked to the girl & maybe give her a hug or something. It seems pretty clear she had a bad life & maybe all she needed was some love in order to move on. She didn't seem malicious or harmful, so what could it hurt?

This is the first story to give me the heebie jeebies in a long, long time. Sad kid ghosts usually make me feel sad and a bit creeped out, but this time it was the description of the girl. Monsters and monster descriptions never creep me out, but this one, combined with the fact that she was a sad ghost kid really freaked out
