She is an adept of pain and can deal with it quite well.She grew up learning to cope with it .That’s why she has an edge over other competitors because she can push more and give more of herself on court which ultimately proves to be successful for her.You don’t ne y’a champion in tennis without certain scars .

She's lost her toenails and has problems with blisters because she's insisting on having zero empty space inside her shoes. Probably because she thinks that extra tight fit enhances her performance. It's actually stupid of her. She should just go a half-size up and wear grip socks. Source: I used to have the same self-inflicted problem.
