Ingredients:
milk 150g
white sugar 28g/2tbsp
instant yeast 3g/1tsp
all-purpose or bread flour 300g/2cups
salt 3g
softened unsalted butter 28g/2tbsp
melted unsalted butter
mozzarella cheese
hazelnut spread
egg 1(52g without shell)
sesame seeds (optional)
bake for 15 minutes at 356°F/180°C
