My mother loved Johnny Taylor and his music , she never went to his concert. But one day I was walking at the Exxon Store in Mt . Pleasant Texas and Johnny came into the store to buy something to eat . I fixed him two chili dogs . He looked like someone that I knew , but I couldn't figure out who he was . Then another man came in and he said that he wanted what Johnny got , I said Johnny who . He replied Johnny Taylor I told the man that I would be right back , I ran to Johnny's black Mercedes and knocked on his window with a pen and note pad I told him that my mother loved him and I needed his signature for her . He signed his name and he wrote to Annette a beautiful lady . My mother kept this autograph on her refrigerator until her death in 1999 .

Johnnie knew these kids were his...he just didn't take care of them! He spoke to Fallon and ADMITTED he was her dad...but stepped away because her mother had gotten married. He nurtured TJ's music career, took him on the road with him and had him around his family throughout his life. And he was on Chiffon's BIRTH CERTIFICATE! So he knew ALL of them. He was a handsome man with plenty of options and he fathered all the children that stepped up...as was their RIGHT. DNA DOESN'T LIE. Sabrina was asked NOT to give another sample...so the one Johnnie doted on wasn't even his! KARMA.

The lousy judge took way too long to draw up the Judgment when the DNA tests were already concluded and there was nothing else left to be investigated in order to finalize the judgment. She stalled enabling creditors to continually compound the estate with interests and fees. What a miscarriage of justice on her part, but certainty not surprising.

Yup ! They still had to wait over a year to get the DNA results in the mail after already having had them in court the last time they were all there ! What a horrible judge, that was absolutely so unnecessary, to make them still wait one year and one month to get the test results in the mail when she already had them in her hands the last time they were all in court, I think she did that on purpose for what ever her evil reasons might have been !

JT for having all those children with different women, not establishing paternity( both JT and the mother’s fault), and not drawing up a will. This is a shame! He didn’t want his secrets to be known while he was alive and he figured they will find out when I’m gone. Left his estate to all of them so they can fight over it. They would have done better handling through arbitration.

I do one who had tested 3 n not one was yet we believe there might be one that wasn't tested n even thou she said that could be the father csuse there were no more n if course now that one has passed away but i think n sense n seen picture of the grandma looks like him. Also i see when the one was younget i see the side view n shape of face as the one guy. My sister's daughter's 'found' me a couple years after my father's death..which no real estate was involved or available..I'm so grateful 💗 that my nieces took up their mother's, my sister's almost lifelong plight to find her dad, my father, Charles H. I remember this from years ago. Floyd needed to understand that he didn't get to gate keep who was Taylor's children. JT's DNA decides who his children were, not the feelings of other children, or even JT's opinion on the matter. He was all of their father, whether he participated in their lives or not. The shame, if any, is on the great entertainer JT, certainly not on the children he sired.

These kids probably didn't go after him because they were proud to be his children and wanted to be acknowledged. If they had just wanted money, they could have sued him while he was still alive and his property was in his control. They could have sold their story to the tabloids. They could have gone on Oprah's show and embarrassed him in front of the nation. They had far more tools to go after him if money was the only objective while he was still living.

The children had zero choice in the matter. They could have exposed him for the celebrity deadbeat dad that he was in their cases. They should have took him to court for neglecting them the moment DNA was available. If anything, they waited too long to step forward.

@peggytalley, You people when you watch this will documentary need to understand what you,re watching and comprehend it,The judge ordered 1/9 of his estate but it did,nt work out like that,his house was the biggest item in his estate,but the house ended up in the hands of his Wife,which excluded the children out of it,Each child only got $2,000 dollars apiece,that’s all they got his wife gave them that,and She continue to live in the house until the mid two thousands,When she did sell the house,She did,nt have to divide the money with children or nobody,And the personal things he owned ,She got all of them and sold them ,the 3 outside children did Not even get a toothpick of his,and worst thing about it is that they will never be accepted by Johnnie Taylor ,he did not accept them or want them while he was living and it still remains the same after he,s dead,and his children that he claimed and raised and love done already said that they will never accept none of his outside children,So the 3 outside seem to have lost out all the way around.
