*Dough*
Flour - 400g
Yeast - 2 ¼ tsp (7g)
Soften Unsalted Butter- 50g (¼ cups)
Sugar - 50g (¼ cups)
Egg - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Milk - 225ml (1 cup)
*Seenisambola filling*
Onion - 250g
Garlic Chopped - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Chili Flakes - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Maldives dry fish - 1 tbsp
Tamarin Juice - 1 tbsp
Cardamon - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon
Oil - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves and Pandan Leaves
*Egg Wash*
Egg
Milk - 2 tbsp
*පිටි මෝලිය සදහා*
පාන් පිටි - 400g
යීස්ට් - 2 ¼ tsp (7g)
බටර් (කාමර උෂ්ණත්වයේ) - 50g (¼ cups)
සීනි - 50g (¼ cups)
බිත්තර - 1
ලුනු - 1 tsp
කිරි - 200ml
**සීනි සම්බලේ සදහා **
කපාගත් බී ළුණු - 250g
පොඩියට කපාගත් සුදුළුණු - 2 tbsp
කෑලි මීරිස් - 2 tbsp
සීනි - 4 tbsp
උම්බලකඩ - 1 tbsp
සියබලා යුෂ - 1 tbsp
කරදමුන්ගු - 2
කරාබුනැටි - 2
කුරුදු පොතු
තෙල් - 3 tbsp
රම්පේ කරපින්චා

thank you... you can use a heavy bottom pan with a closed lid to bake this bun on a gas/electric stove, bake time is up to 40 -45 min.
