This company ain't messing around man. Seems like they are listening to what watch enthusiasts want and putting everything they can possibly put into these things to satisfy the critics. I get the feeling that this company wants to change the game. Other watch companies at this price point better watch out. Can't imagine what Seiko would do if this company started making killer original designs.

Sea-Gull have been making millions of movements a year for decades and so there should be no concern about its quality. The only thing holding me back is the clasp. I hope Seestern will change it to one with on the fly adjustment, or with a better looking one.

That’s a fantastic looking watch for the money. And you get titanium, ceramic, and sapphire with it. My daily driver is a Submariner and I’m honestly really considering this one. 😂

Hi-beat movement for $300!! Great value!

This watch was a recent acquisition and I've had a great time with it. I haven't seen the bezel issue you're experiencing and I've given it the lug to lug wiggle test a few times on top of it. No issues to be found but I do wish some of the screw links were smoother to remove as one was so tough even my watchmaker was worried they'd accidentally snap it. Personally would love to see some sort of quick adjust in the next iteration of this watch, as it's sorely missed. Lume is really great. Crown rotation feel could use a lot of refinement but is serviceable. Overall not bad for the price, especially when on sale.

I ordered one and it was a nice surprise. The one that arrived had a great band.

Nice watch! Yeah, it comes down to whether you want a Tudor on your wrist of not. For me, as a Mazda6 driver - not an Audi 6 driver - the choice is easy. This does everything the Tudor does except retain a high resale value. Okay: the clasp. But: more approachable size.

I wish seestern would also offer larger sizes with this one..maybe 41mm and a date at the 6. I like bigger sizes and I'm lucky enough to have 7.5" wrists. Looks awesome.

How is the size different? It's obviously an homage to the Pelagos 39, not the original Pelagos.

Seestern lost track of the movements in their watches. Paid for the NH38, got the more expensive Hi-Beat movement. The old clasp is not perfect, but still wearable.

How do they do it. The prices are slowly creeping up....maybe easing people into mainstream microbrand pricing. I am not ready to go there yet. Why don't I trust the brand?

Not the greatest review! You glossed over the defective clasp! I own this watch and there is a large gap in the clasp! The hole they drilled for the attachment of the bracelet is drilled too low so there is this large unsightly gap in the clasp. My understanding is Seestern "Fixed" this by drilling another hole above the previous one! Are you kidding me! Now you have two holes in the clasp! That's the fix?! They need to redesign and replace the whole clasp.
