I boosted the volume, and equalized the audio to my liking. This includes boosting the mids, and fine tuning the treble.
I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE AUDIO CONTAINED IN THIS VIDEO

The crowd cheering as soon as he starts singing “I will never follow you” is what does it for me. It’s like they weren’t expecting to hear a perfect cover of a Nirvana song… but I guess if anyone can actually get away with covering a Nirvana song, it would be Seether. Nirvana isn’t a band anyone can cover because it just doesn’t sound right with anyone else singing… but Shaun Morgan basically has Kurt Cobain’s voice and therefore is able to just do it and do it well. I come to watch this video often throughout the years just so I can remind myself what a pleasant surprise this cover is

@@goldenhourkodak its not the same. A good cover stays true within reason but still has its unique aspects to stay interesting. It is pretty cool to be able to pull off identical covers, but does get boring

Shaun sings this perfectly. Seether used to be a band in South Africa called Saron Gas, which started as a cover band.

Yeah I know. Have you ever listened to the album "Fragile"? That was when they were Saron Gas. Alot of the songs are off Disclaimer II but are just earlier variations

The lyric on the chorus is just "hey". People misheard it as "pain". Even the official video made this mistake. But he's just saying "hey".
