About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

@@ChaossX77 No he isn't. The studios forced them to get other writers who could write plots, because Larry insisted on just doing 'The Chinese Restaurant' style episodes where they just stand around having boring conversations. That's why Season 1 and 2 have the worst episodes. Seinfeld was on the verge of being cancelled because of Larry David. Fortunately he left after Season 6, because he didn't have the talent to contribute to the new and improved style. That's why Season 7 and 8 have most of the classic masterpiece episodes. These are all very good, but for me the ULTIMATE weave for me has always been when Elaine hauls garbage in Jerry's car because she was ordering food out of the Janitors closet, and he wanted to prove to a girl garbage in his car didn't bother him. I lose it every time when she nods to George who is jackhammering on a pothole. She swerves around the luxurious wide lanes on the highway losing and old sewing machine which catches on Newman's mail truck and precedes to ignite a fiery blaze of the paint thinner Kramer spilt all over the road. Genius writing in my opinion.

I can tell ya I listen to this golf ball story 100x, and I still laugh, the comedy is so well played together with each story working in the end together it's genius... you can just find this gold anymore. I watch this stuff and pray to the TV Gods that one day it may come back. They bring everything else back, we need the Seinfeld and the slow paced stories (none of this fast editing crap) it'll make gold Jerry gold!

Larry David is one of the greatest minds of all entertainment
@CaesarCassius
@CaesarCassius 11 ай бұрын
No he isn't. Unfortunately, Larry came back for the finale. Oh well.

I've watched all the episodes more times that I'd like to admit, and the end of the Marine Biologist episode is my favorite scene. Jason's speech, and Michael's face when the gold ball is pulled out, can't be topped.

Jerry Stiller was a comedic genius. He made the character of Frank Costanza. His portrayal made it so easy to see why George was so “dysfunctional”. His setup for Jason Alexander to play off of made George the memorable character that he was. I miss the old school comedic actors that could make us laugh with just a look. When they’re given great material to work with on top of that talent, well that’s when comedy magic takes place. To me it was so amazing how the small background characters could set up the main characters to be so memorable.

The fact that Jason Alexander did the scene in the restaurant about saving the whale with only one take, and no rehearsal shows have extremely talented he is!!!! That was an Emmy winning performance, without the "Emmy." SMH...🤔
