Yes!! Definitely it was the best time to be alive for sure. I was a kid in the 80s but by remember lots of wonderful music movies etc. the 90s I was a teen and loved everything about the 90s.

Selena's favorite Disney princess was the little mermaid, they gave her a figure of the little mermaid as a gift, when Selena died the Barrio Boys went to visit Chris and the Quintanillas and Chris gave them the figure of Ariel back ... 💜

This song came back was recorded in September of 1994 in New York City it’s a r&b Spanish song. It’s so good! Thank u for this! This day sElena talked about it saying it was so cold!!

Freddy Correa actually became a backup dancer for Selena alongside Don :) If you watched the Baila Esta Cumbia performance at the astrodome, the second guy who dances is Freddy :)

This music video came out in 1993 and was filmed in New York and the boy band is from there and they said that every time selena saw them she would do a New York accent to mess with them😂 they performed this many times sadly there’s only three performances actually released on footage but she performed this since 1993 and wasn’t released on her amor prohibido album until recently I’m not sure.

It's not Spanish band they were all from the US they learn the lyrics in Spanish so they could get in to the Latin Market.

You know what I just subscribed because your husband told the truth, New edition is was the beginning of boy bands. To get real picky it was the Jackson 5, let's not ignore the groups of color.

Yes I mentioned the Jackson 5 in the video as well. As an 8 year old, I asked my mom to get me a Jackson 5 cassette tape. There was a greatest hits tape with Ben, I’ll be there, Never Can Say Goodbye....along with other great songs. I loved that tape. Imagine saying with your full chest, “oh please, New Edition was the start of the boy bands” when Menudo was world wide and multi-platinum by the time NE came out. The formula of bringing non related teenage boys and forming a singing group started there. Calling the Jackson 5 a boy band is an insult to J5 as they were a band, playing instruments and all.
