Dr. Rowe shows an exercise that may end in a satisfying self pop, crack, release (whatever you want to call it 🙂) in your upper back.
This thoracic extension exercise can be done daily in bed, requires no special equipment, and offers a deep stretch that may help improve flexibility and rounded back posture.
Let us know how it works for you!

@@PabloRey18 tail bone close your legs in stand stright and squeeze your butt cheeks really hard, I do that I promise bro I'm not even tryna be funny... and for like idk what they label the spine parts but a little higher from tail bone find a simple chair that has the simple back rest and seat, twist both right and left by holding the top of the back rest and other hand on the middle of the rest and twist but don't go all in and just feel for it so you can learn what I'm tryna tell you it's easy dont worry I'm sure you figure it out, and if you have any sports balls or anything roll slow on your lower back as you lay on it but before you try any of these things do some cobra stretches first too open it up you know? Safety first. Your welcome

The stretch was very deep and relieved the pressure, but that ache was still present. I laid on my back in the floor, tucked my knees to my chest and rocked back and forth and then dropped my weight when the spot was perfectly on the floor. I felt an immense relief and a loud, deep pop. My back feels instantly better. Full range of motion without tightness now. Maybe not proper technique, but it wouldn't have been possible without stretching using this guide first.
