This video was edited by a third party filming the cooking process at the restaurant, so unfortunately I don't think the video creator knows the exact recipe either.

Kauf dir paar japanische Kochbücher und Küchenutensiellen und ab geht's Heutzutage kannst du fast alles online lernen,aber klar ist es nochmal was anderes einen richtigen Lehrer zu haben. Wünsche dir viel Glück bei deinem Vorhaben :)
