All of your videos have immensely improved the quality of my life. I'll start off with the self love series. When I wake up in the morning after it's played throughout the night...my whole day is spent being present in the moment. So many positive thoughts and positive experiences unfold as the day progresses. You're "You are beautiful" series has helped me in ways that I feel so confident going out without make up and not worrying about the way I look. Which us, Libra's, tend to be obsessed with. Furthermore, so many men flock to me whenever I listen to those series. Overall, I feel good in my skin and body. Thank you so much. My mind is at a better stage now. I feel much more content with myself and I'm not chasing after people and things that are destructive to my well-being. Much gratitude. ❤❤❤❤

This meditation is amazing !When you said go to the deepest layer, I saw myself as a white glowing being who is innately worthy & abundant. I especially loved the rainbow sealing light in the end. Thank you for this wonderful meditation!

I had tried this meditation twice in the past and both times it just didn’t feel right to me. But I love all your meditations so much that I knew that it wasn’t the meditation itself, it was me and my HUGE issues with self worth. 🥺That’s why I tried a third time. And this third time, something really beautiful happened. There is a sincerity in your voice which makes me believe that you really do want healing for all of us. 😅 Yes, the words you choose are amazing and your voice is so beautiful. I had such an interesting visualization of this... At my center was a yellow and purple crystal in a neon teal room. As I was listening to them tell me all these positive things about myself, my inner child came along and began covering the teal room with negative memories, thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. At first, I tried to ignore them, but they became too many to ignore. Instead, I offered to take those things and take care of them for my inner child. Every time I was brought these things, they came to me like paintings and I took them happily and set them beside me face down. Every negative thought and feeling about myself I put aside and asked if my inner child had more I needed to set aside. I had one huge stack and another half stack beside me! Finally, it seemed my inner child had run out of canvases and came to stand next to me. In the meditation, Jess instructs us to absorb all the innate worthiness. In my mind's eye, I was given a big pail of glowing white light. I offered it to my inner child, but it was so resistant. I reassured it that it didn't need to do anything, that I would take care of everything. I drank it all. Every time I was offered the glowing light, I offered it briefly to my inner child, then drank it when it was refused. I didn't try to force it. I told my inner child that I was there now and I would take care of us. At the very end of the meditation, there was a drop left. I offered this small drop of self-worth to my inner child. And they accepted! That was all they were able to take. It was so vivid, though. What a strange imagination I have!

I sought this journey, because I doubted my self-worth - my belief that I had innate value as a person. For some irrational reason, no matter what I have accomplished, it didn't seem to satisfy my intrinsic belief that I was good enough. I do not doubt that now, nor will I ever again. I was blessed with an incredible experience that will be difficult to bottle up into a paragraph, but I'll try. For as I sank deeper into my consciousness, I found myself in the void of space, I resolved to a single point of light in the vastness of space. From the darkness a vast ring made up of individual points of light formed a ring around me - one that stretched beyond my ability to comprehend. The points of light formed into souls who cared for me, and they drew me in and surrounded me. Some I could make out, family long since gone, but still there supporting and loving me. My parents, aunts, uncles all were there. My grandmother cupped my face and kissed me. I wept without ego and without fear, because I was supported by all. I don't know that I have ever had such a deeply spiritual experience. For the first time in my life, I can truly see what I was intended to understand, no matter how I view the physical world, with all its trials and tribulations, the ethereal world is there watching over me and gently nudging me forward with love, support and encouragement. I will carry this with me until it is my time to pass over. Jess - It is with all my heart that I thank you for guiding me on this journey. Namaste.
