Congress passes laws for their constituents that they represent.

They keep saying things like "that is the law set forth by the Supreme Court", etc. but I cannot find anywhere that the courts are enumerated any power to make law whatsoever. What are they talking about?

All right so we know that I don't really predetermine what I'm going to do but let me speak from my heart okay when the Senators sit in an interview a judge or ask really tough questions then they are the ones trying to judge somebody else's character it's not about what somebody else thinks it's about right and wrong it's about never being able to be bought and sold never having a pre-judged a predetermined thought when you're going into a position where you have to help decide what is going to happen to somebody else is life in fact it is not my will but the will of a higher power that is always guided me if you want to call that religion you call that religion you need to put a label on it you do what you want but I know my life purpose is in transitioning as I've said before it matters not to me the amount of money somebody's got in their pocket the clothes that they wear or what somebody else thinks about that one person it is only about is that person wearing a mask are they pretending to be someone that they're not I've got a very good judge of character regardless of the positions I've been put in sometimes I may not understand them at first but it don't take me long before I know my position know if you ask me my opinion I have lots of opinions but my opinions are not right for everybody in fact a lot of people don't like what I have to say especially if it's true

Notice how justice kavonach did not say anything about citizens having power or authority to interpret the constitution only each branch of goverment. Very odd seeing that the only two valid sources of law are the legislature and the people. Never hear anyone talk about citizens defending the constitution these days...and standing is simply judge made law to stop the flow of litigation how could a citizen not have standing? They should always have standing if they have a concern. But no the courts have taken power from the people.
