Sounds like the USSC needs to be hearing/ deciding cases on our rights to protect ourselves as well as themselves. It is an absolute right after-all. And we need it because those on the left have been actually treating us like they say they will you. Now is the time to fortify our rights to defend ourselves against crimes. Being second dead is not good enough. Drawings aren’t machineguns/ no permits to carry (we call it ‘right to carry’)/ no NFA, GCA/ we need to be able to protect our property with the same vigilance as our lives as we sometimes pay with the latter. Senator Lee KSL just sent a notification about New Mortgage Rules that have been made. I'm not sure why KSL is just now sending out this new ruling now that it is the 2nd wk of May when this was passed in April? Definitely not keeping the public informed as is their responsibility to do. Please try to do everything that is within your power to try to get this over turned, there are other ways to help lower income people to get housing. Too many other things go against this Ruling. If the lower income public can't afford to buy into a home, they certainly aren't going to be able to afford the up keep on those homes and the workmanship is not going be up to par, as the workmanship is not the kind of quality that should be going into homes that are being built and sold in the HUNDREDS OF THIUSANDS OF DOLLARS is not up to par. The homes that are breaking apart and Falling into The RAVINES that they have been built next to and the homes that are SINKING into the ground they've been built on, and the homes where ground water is coming up from the ground into coming in through their foundations because the Drainage Systems aren't what they should be, or need to be in the Millcreek Area. The City officials in Millcreek won't take ownership of the drainage problem but they can build City Office Buildings that have a Water Park and a gathering place with a Food Court with other emenities for not only their residents but the General Public. One of out children and her family found a Condo in Saratoga Springs 2 Years ago, refinanced the Mortgage, Last year the HOA informed all of the Condo residents that all of the Condos that were built maybe 10 or 15 years ago were not built up to code and that they had tried to locate the builder, and he has disappeared. All residents would have to come up with $50,000.00 to cover the cost of the upgrade to bring them up to Code. They have a Section. Of the Condos that are specifically for Handicapped Persons, how do these residents come up with $50,000.00 more is beyond me unless there a programs that they can go to for financial help. This post does not necessarily cover the subject cover in the KZfaq subject that is being shown but it is something that I suppose has always been a concern and seems to be getting to be a more common problem. There is no intimidation campaign. Most Americans are concerned about the Court's ethical lapses, which should be fixed. Thomas' wife is an election denier for goodness sakes. Thomas has admitted he should have disclosed the trips taken with Crow. And as a DC native Thomas' interest in pornography was well known. This has nothing to do with disagreeing with certain justices. Ethics matter.

So, let me get this straight. You think the Supreme Court Justices acting in very unethical ways, is good?

A Black man who happens to be a conservative jurist? How about a jurist who has bent the rules of the honor of the position from the beginning. You might remember when Anita Hill accused him of highly provocative activities during his tenure with her he obviously knew what was coming down the pike and had prepared a highly emotional response for it. After Biden who was the final vote on his confirmation held his nose and placed his vote (some say he has admitted the worst vote he ever made in his life) the controversy continued for some time. Thomas was given the opportunity to completely clear his name with a polygraph test which he soundly refused. Anita Hill was given the same opportunity and passed it with flying colors. Conservatives claimed the first test was rigged, and gave her the opportunity to retake the examination from one of their choosing. Again, she passed it with flying colors. There was no doubt she was telling the truth. Thomas obviously knew he was pigeonholed and took his chances hoping the passing of time would dilute the public's memory, understanding that both Hill and Thomas couldn't possibly be telling the truth at the same time. Thomas knew he would be doomed from the start had he taken it and failed. You might look up the confirmation hearings tape from that day, and notice the look on Biden's face when he felt obligated to cast the vote. In Kavanaugh's hearing when accused in a much similar circumstance was directed by Trump to pull the same tactic with the "Oh pitiful me" speech. This is your vengeance for Hillary not winning the election. It sounded ridiculous then as much as it does now. As we all know Trump squelched the investigation of the allegations by ((severely)) limited the FBI's ability to receive numerous whiteness claims and testimony against Kavanaugh. Biden felt pressured to go ahead and "hold his nose and pull the trigger" because Thomas was the first black of modern times on the court, and felt his no-vote might label him as a racist among black folk for all time, however, few understood the Infinite consequences, or ramifications Biden's vote either way.
