To get ready for the winter, I cut them at the end of fall? Store the. In the garage?? Do I continue to water? Do I leave them in the pot?

Thank you for sharing you tips and knowledge. I.e., however, did not separate them throughout the summer and now I have three large pots ready to be winterized. I am attempting to remove the rhizomes from the dirt, but I’m having a really difficult time because they’re very rebound. Any suggestions? Please and thank you!

I just bought a huge cleopatra last week. Should I wait to divide this fall, or in the spring?

Would it not be better to let the leaves die back so that the Nutrients from the said leaves are absorbed by the rhizomes??
