That's a very useful video! I have a method I use for socks and underwear: wash them in a mesh bag. Since doing this, I have hardly had any orphaned socks, whereas before they always found a way to go missing! Subscribed :)

very helpful am curious what is the best plan if i only have access to a very high heat dryer

I'm glad the video was helpful! I'd stay on the safe side and air dry the garments that can't handle the heat if possible. You could try to experiment and put one of the different types of delicate/shrink-prone garments in the dryer and see how they turn out, but you'll still risk damaging those garments during your testing

i only have few white pieces, putting like 2 of my white shirts alone seems like a huge waste, I've been mixing them with my clothing but they turned a bit grayish

You could try to do a quick wash on them if you have that option on your washer. That won't use nearly as many resources
