Serena Ace power really helped her and was able to execute it when she needed them the most in this match... Best decisions when it matters is what differentiates the Winner vs the first runner up

Wouldve been great to see more consistently, but it's normal for players to suddenly play their best tennis against the greatest of all time, i.e. serena, because they know that's what it takes to challenge her. Happens in many sports

Great performance, but scary that she pushed so hard this match and yet it still wasnt enough to beat the GOAT. As kvitova said herself: serena set the bar, and then raised it to unprecedented heights. Well played to both players

One of the best matches of Serena's career & definitely one of the most emotional. Petra was in one of her states where anyone could've been beaten by her but The GOAT persevered!
