On Serve Where To Toss The Ball... Like a Pro.
See where Nadal, Berdych, Raonic and all the Pros toss their ball on serve and where they land inside the baseline and how.
As you will see, they are all executing these 3 steps the same way.
1. Toss high in front
2. Big push of the legs to get to it
3. Landing inside the baseline. For the right-handed player, the left leg land first to the ground. The right leg for the left-handed player.

Où lancer la balle au service... pour faire comme les pros.
Qu'on en commun Nadal, Berdych, Raonic et les autres lorsqu'ils font leur service? Ils ont une technique différente les uns des autres mais ils ont un lancer de balle, qu'ils viennent déposer en avant d'eux, qui se ressemble beaucoup.
Comme vous le verrez, tous exécutent ces 3 étapes de la même façons:
1. Lancer de balle haut en avant d'eux
2. Bonne poussée des jambes pour aller chercher la balle haute et en avant
3. Retombe à l'intérieur de la ligne de fond sur la jambe gauche en premier pour les droitiers et sur la jambe droite en premier pour les gauchers.

Great video. Thanks. Re-enforces something I believe. Very simple and helps so many people instantly. There's a lot of very simple things that people could do to improve their tennis. This is a great example. (there's too much over complicated bollocks around here that doesn't help anyone... Mostly because it's wrong)

Nope. These all seem all to be pinpoint stance serves. The ball is tossed a bit more in front and out...

If they understood physics, they'd give the ball a top-spin out of their hand before serving. Try it out as it exploits what is known as the Magnus Force (an aerodynamic effect involving a pressure differential). The bigger the spin out of your hand the more the ball drops after it leaves the racket. Drop it right into the service box. Good luck.

What if you're not able to jump up and into the court like these pros? Then when where should your toss be? I know the answer. Should you toss the same for a kick serve? I know the answer. I believe some clarification is necessary if this vid is meant to be 'instructional'.

Your toss should be whatever is comfortable for you. I'm a little tired of people showing videos of pros and saying just do it like this. First off we are not the same. Not even close. I'm a good 8 inches shorter than most of these people. I also have a bad back and sore shoulder. The simple fact is 99% of us will never serve like this. It's unrealistic to think you can. Go have fun and stop trying to copy Federer's serve. You can't :)

@@ashleywalls4097 Exactly !!! Amen to that...how stupid can these guys be...sure a trainer can make some adjustments to an amateurs serve, but within the level he plays...statements like this bullshit : all the pro's toss in front...so what????
