1. How much is the thermal conductivity in W/m-k ? 2. What is the Operating range temperature (min/max) ? 3. Does it conduct electricity ?

I tried this 2 or 3 weeks ago instead of sending machine for warranty. V2 NEO It worked and no more alarm. It may come back but I think this method works ATM Make sure it goes in the hole.
