As a technology professional, I am very passionate about the ServiceNow Platform. I have worked with it as a customer and as a partner. I think many organizations would benefit from using it, allowing them to tie different business departments together.
I created this #ServiceNow #Platform video to explain in under 10 minutes what it is and how it can help organizations in different ways.
A lot of people still think its "just" an ITSM or ticketing tool, and the platform has evolved significantly in the past years.
