Thanks so much for sharing with us, David. The first season was great but didn't directly speak to my own troubles. This one cut straight to the bone. I know that watching your journey is going to help me in the ways I really need right now and I am so grateful for that.

Wonderful new episode and David seems like a really authentic and nice guy! Alex, for the podcast, I was wondering if you could talk about what depression actually is and maybe different types of depression? I feel like maybe there are many misconceptions about it.

Hi team, I wanted to take you up on the opportunity of asking questions about the videos and topics discussed. After watching David’s video I was wondering - if you wake up in the morning and you already feel especially low, you feel sad and wounded and stuck but you know you have certain things to do on this day, is there anything you can do or tell yourself that will help you get through the day? Is there any kind of self-talk that can help? David, good luck on your journey, it's really brave what you're doing!

Hi Sarah. From my own experience with morning negativity I have learned to tell myself to not listen knowing that as my day unfolds these first awaking negative thoughts will disappear. If you practice mindfulness on the first activity of getting ready for the day ie dressing, makeup. For me it's being mindful on my first cuppa. Also play fave music. It takes practice. It is useful for me every day.

Hi, that's the way I used to feel when carrying great sadness..check out the Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson he's developed a system to help release the traumas that's stored within our body it's a very simple and gentle but very effective approach and you can learn to do it on yourself so no more reliving the painful memories to heal ourselves ❤
