In Katie’s previous episode, I asked her to complete a piece of homework where she identified her ‘get into jail free’ cards (ways of thinking that invariably put us into psychological jail). In this session, Katie talks me through what she discovered by doing this homework and reflects on how some of the battles she’s fought for her children have really been fought for her inner child instead.
