On Seth Ferranti's True Crime we go to the streets of Washington DC to tell the story of Wayne "Silk" Perry, the most dangerous DC gangster the police had ever encountered. He lived by the code of the streets but commanded those streets at the same time. Others played the game while Silk owned it and set his own rules. This modern day Billy the Kid struck fear into the city, counting cash every step of the way, until he was crossed by his former friend and partner, Alpo.

DC had lions every where,,I use to come to DC in the early 80s so I knew how DC cats get down, before the crack era,when I came back I came back with 38 great gun for that era , and went to prison at 17 for almost 17 years,DC cats gave me confidence,that I wish I would not developed because I stayed in prison all DC cats don't like men
