Not to detract from your (very good) point, but I understand James Corden can be quite toxic to work for. While that's not _quite_ the same, it's worth considering, because I can't envision any of the other hosts failing the test "say just one of your camera operators' names."

I love love love the easy rapport that these two have with each other, talking about children, normal stuff, and ripping Trump. It was a different time, and the tone between networks is different now, it seems. But I can't picture Dave and Jay as friendly with one another, at all. [Were they?] Were they even faux-cordial if they were at some public event at the same time? I can imagine them avoiding interaction. Maybe that's just because I like Dave, and Jay- not so much. I try to not bash on anyone I don't personally care for, but I'm going to be transparent - I couldn't find a way to like Jay Leno.

Yeah love his family too. You can see why Seth is such a chill, laid-back, no-angst, all-around-nice dude because he had such a warm supportive family. My fave is his dad. With the mustache and that razor-sharp wit, how can you not?
