Had to come back and do this one again, no i am practicing daily in front of the mirror like you said and yesterday the color of my aura was green, today I saw purple. Learning about myself every day.

Great question, @Goodnightsleepmusic Everyone has the potential to see their aura. It does take some practice and awareness. By understanding the 7 body systems, you can begin to tune into the subtle energies around you. Start with meditation and focus on your energy fields. Over time, you’ll begin to notice changes in color and sensation.

Not only did I see a nice light blue aura but I saw the whole body aura radiating out right and left. The whole aura was jetting out left and right. But I never look at the nose I just unlock total focus long distance gaze sort of looking up.
