Also pls post a series of pranayams for chakra activation and balancing if it exists. Iam not sure. I see sound baths and frequencies for chakras. But if breathing techniques are there for chakras i feel it would be very beneficial to learn in series. Thankyou

Dear ABHIJI I AM UNINTERRUPTEDLY Hearing with fully awareness ANHAD NAD in the form of whistle then ghanty and now in the form of water flow or heavy raining Do you have any video relating to overcome problem of Nadi blockages or chakra blockages so that energy could easily flow through Nadi (shusumna, Ida and PINGLA ) To overcome jerks and swinging of body backward and forwards during meditation on ANHAD NAD ( Sound) Your presentation of different pranayama and Bandhas are unique and very easy to follow correctly Thanks God bless you for nice presentation regarding yoga . This is great❤ for strong detox and fighting a disease, is it better to do one round of each like in this video, or a longer breathwork eg khapalbati x3, vacuum x3, and all the rest you show here? If so, a longer video up to 30 min with your guidance would be great 😌

Mera question hai ki, kya 3 steps of Rhythmic Breathing( With Mewing), Pranayama( With Mewing), Mudras with breathing( With Mewing) & Deep Breathing( With Mewing) midnight 3:45 am( Brahma Muhurat) samay par OR hardin kaali pet kar se kya brain pe affect hota hai? Kya brain puritarah rewire hota hai? Kya sach mei pura brain structure badalta hai? Yeh mere liye bohot zaroori hai. Main aapne aapko pura badalna chahta hoon, jaise new version hona chahta hoon OR new born hona chahta hoon matlab ekdom puritarah change hoona chahte hoon. Please, I request you please*
