@@Sillyman588 Agreed. Just because the majority agree, doesn't mean it is actually true. I guarantee most of those who say he isn't top tier hardly ever play as him, Because us E.Honda mains since SFV have always said he is top tier. At first I was like E.Honda is trash in SF6, He just felt different and some of his moves were different input. Then dat ligh bulb moment of clarity kicked in. I was like holy shit E.Honda is again top tier. His biggest weaknesses for me are scammy cammy that bitch up close is horrible, Kimberly forever mix ups up close, Of course Guile. Everyone else is 50/50 for me personally, oops except marissa and Dhalsim.

The truth about tier lists is that they're never absolute. At the end of the day, they're really just one high-ranking player's opinion that others without that person's skill level take at face value, That's all. Sf6 has proven that just about any character has a good shot at high level play If used right.

He has been talking about using him as a counterpick to complement his Sim. He was really high on the changes that turned him towards a neutral/buttons character
