懐かしのペナン第2弾！Meeが様々な種類があってどれも食べてみたくなります。傘のアーケード・壁に遊び心がある絵が描いてあるところ、懐かしいです。街に活気が戻ってきていますね。料理をしている方って慣れなんでしょうけど、冷たい・熱いの耐性が強いなぁって感心します。こちらでもアツアツの器を持ってきてくれるところで秘訣を聞くと「気合です」って言ってたけどそのレベルじゃないんですよねｗ

ペナンもクアラルンプールもすっかり活気が戻りましたね！人気のお店はどこも観光客で外まで行列でした☺️ 土鍋の手づかみはやはり衝撃ですね、熟練の方でも本当に熱そうだったので素人には無理だなと思いました🥺気合！

Wantan mee, hakka mee, yong tau fu, dim sum cantonese cruisine better in Ipoh and KL are better. Char kuey teow, chinese laksa, curry mee, lobak, duck kuey teow soap etc are better in Penang.

Very few stalls are considered reasonably good in old fashioned taste 古早味 with the rest is just mediocre. The food scene is changing as stalls gearing towards more quantities than quality.
