- 一碗虫草花 1 bowl of cordyceps flower
- 半只老母鸡 half old hen
- 1碗的红枣 1 bowl of red dates
- 半碗的枸杞 half bowl of wolfberries

我们炖还要放两片姜，然后鸡要去皮，去爪，翅（因为这两部位不好去皮，出来是一锅油），鸡还要灼一下水，没有这样直接扔下去炖的。

Are the cordyceps flowers edible after cooking? Or discard away like some inedible herbs used for boiling soups?

Yes. You may eat the Cordyceps flowers. I do it everytime after drinking the soup.
