I'm currently reading this book.

I've heard literally *nothing* but amazing things about this book!! I kept seeing the book cover on goodreads and now I'm even more interested in getting it!

I've read this book and it was so much fun and your review brought awesome energy to talking about it that I want to reread it... hahaha! It reminded me of the early days of when I first started watching anime. It's such a niche sub-genre like you said but so, so good! I like that it's not a chosen one story, more of a 'right place, right time here is a quest' story hahahaha. :)

Obviously I’ve been seeing this one EVERYWHERE!!! I’m contemplating giving it a go via audiobook... I bet it would help with the Japanese words lol

I’m reading this book currently📖

I picked this book up after reading a crazy underrated series Red Winter by Annette Marie. The first book starts off slow I will say that. A lot of world and main character building in the beginning. But once the next main character gets introduced it takes off! I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN! Finished all 3 in less than a week. The main character (Emi) is kind of annoying in the beginning, very uptight tries to be perfect all the time because of the circumstances she's been raised in but there is SO, MUCH, GROWTH! I ended up loving her. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it if you like these sort of themes. PLEASE READ IT! PLEASE REVIEW IT! I'm dying to discuss it with people!!!!

I went on a hunt for reviews. I started this book and it’s not capturing my attention. I’m sure I’m in a slump! Your review is making me want to just restart the book and give it a second go!

Aaaa I'm so excited for this one! I got it in my owlcrate box this month and I had never heard of it before so I was so surprised to see this video pop up in my notifications! I can't wait to read it now!!
