Holy crap what a load of shit. Because after all that was said and done, Gollum did what no one else had the sense to do: stop the bloody idiot that was about to put on the ring again. He did it for his own purposes, but he DID it. If he hadn't, Frodo would've ran out of Mt Doom and what was left of the Army of Men would have been finished! They were already getting wiped out when the ring was finally destroyed. There were very few left that could fight while the armies of Sauron were endless and every blow they struck against him was meaningless. Talion was stationed on the Black Gate, and was KILLED. You make it sound like this is just one flesh and blood man on a rampage. This is a guy that's been killed multiple times but keeps coming back because he's bound by a wraith. He could kill several orcs easily when alive. Being undead and capable of dominating them and turning them on their own? Yeah. Seems feasible. How do the games have nothing to do with the movies when WB directly ties them together, owning both properties? And I love how anybody that can enjoy the stuff WB puts out must just "hate" Tolkien's versions when Tolkien himself encouraged reimagining of his work and saying Middle-Earth doesn't belong only to him. Barring other Middle-Earth games, the Shadow games take place entirely in Mordor where NO ONE knew what was going on. Can you really say that there wasn't any kind of civil war? If Minas Ithil fell centuries before the game, Sauron been building his armies, etc etc, then why the hell did he wait so long to march on Middle Earth? The Ring would be a lot easier to find if he wasn't fighting other enemies. Fanatics to anything is never a good look "mate". Samuel Callender I wish talion and celebrimbor would have had a better relationship. Its not even that celebrimbor was too focused on Sauron. During the game Talion would hardly listen to him at all. I could have skipped a fight had he. It just infuriated me more when I heard those comments they made together during the game that actually showed them with a good relationship.

I think Celebrimbor's character was shat on in this game. He is a spirit of vengeance. Sauron killed his people, his family and him. Of course he's going to be ruthless. And a confrontation between Talion and Celebrimbor was always going to happen, as he became more and more detached. But it never did. We never got the ring off celebrimbor, we just got a dumbass ending that wanted to tie into the books. I hated it. I wanted both characters to have endings.

Whitelight Never did I speak of the ruthless part, he became what he hated most. What his wife and certainly, his daughter, would abhor most. Vengeful. It wasn't right what happened to him, but because if his intentions, he was left only one route. Eternal suffering.

Shelob calls out Celembrimbor's bullshit from way early on by infering him as "You and Sauron are one". Fuck the elven wraith. The only reason Talion fell to darkness was because he saw the ringmaker for who and what he really was: Another Sauron.

To add to this, you can also easily level any orc by 10 whole levels by sending them a death threat (which raises their level by 5) and then by dominating them with an ultimate wealth rune (which adds another 5 levels). You can then assist them on a few missions or send them to fight in the pits and you can easily get them to level 60.

Yup almost nearly every orc I meet is level 60 or legendaries now because of my max level also vendetta mission offer lots of legendary orcs you can kill for gear.

It would be of battles unending, as he holds back the endless hordes. It would be of one who slowly falls into corruption even as he knows he is, but cannot turn aside lest countless die. It would be of one who fights, even when he knows there is no way to defeat his enemy. For stalemate, is victory. I have my complaints of Talion. He can be rather plain, and more than a bit of a cookie cutter protagonist. But the decisions he makes and the sheer will he displays to continue this fight for decades, helped win me over. He's not half bad, this Wraith Lord.

I only found out about loot boxes halfway through the game, when the game *gave* me a loot box, showing me where to get more. People can be quite stupid sometimes. Judging a game, based on a single concept you know nothing about...

I once put a Legendary upgrade on a Captain only to have him betray me after (I wanted to recruit him but I accidentally killed him). He then cheated death and revived with Iron Will, so I decapitated him. He then cheated death AGAIN and got his head stitched back on so I cut off both his arms and executed him. I had no idea recruiting him would end like that lol.

+Gravewalker I dont actually believe you can. He's trapped battling Sauron eternally until some shit happens to the One Ring. So the chances of Talion becoming a Nazgûl entirely are higher then him being reunited with Celebrimbor.

+Dex4Sure I don't know... I love the Ringwraith armor. Then again, I like necromancy in any form lol. I built up a pretty garbage captain to legendary and max level just because he had the necromancer trait (which is too bloody rare). And I mean GARBAGE. He was an assassin that used a crossbow... Crossbows should be avoided unless they're a marksman with quick shot. Even then, spears are probably still better. He died in stage 10 siege... bummer. Anyway, the Ringwraith set looks pretty badass and tugs a bit at sentimentality after you fully upgrade and read the descriptions. Not to mention... I'll just say it. Elven Rage sucks in comparison to unlimited stealth in the first game. Yeah, you still sorta get unlimited executions, but it was better to just attack, and even that wasn't as reliable. Then it REALLY pales in comparison to what Celebrimbor did in The Bright Lord DLC. Getting the ability to summon wraiths to fight alongside you, harder attacks (would've been cooler if he did the dash instead of hopping around though), have a constantly charging might bar to make use of other abilities, and THEN raise the dead afterwards? Pffft... turns that ability into what it should be: a gamechanger. Then, while the set bonus of the Ringwraith set might be lackluster, the individual effects are amazing. Since you haven't played beyond that point, the 2pc set turns call followers and iron guard into undead. The 4pc bonus restores 20 health whenever an undead follower dies. I end up with perfect life gems in all three weapons, so I heal just fine already lol. The sword gives a 25% chance to automatically raise killed enemies as undead if they die by it. The dagger does the same but 50% for stealth kills. The Hammer (no bow) gives elf shot for dazing a captain and undead caught in the explosion are healed. The ring increases the Raise Dead (separate ability you get that does exactly what it says) radius to an obscene range AND increases undead follower dmg by 65%, put the gem on and that's a 95% increase right there. The cloak makes enemies flee in terror when you raise dead, giving you a breather if you getting too swarmed by say, fighting a legendary commander and another one ambushes you lol. Then undead allies take 65% less damage (that, plus healing them really makes the 4pc seem out of place). The body armor I switch out as needed to exploit weaknesses because it doesn't really matter. It just gives 75% reduced dmg from undead. That would've been awesome at an earlier point in the game, but since I never come across necromancers and undead can't betray, useless. The chance to curse is great though. Anyway, wear that set, with perfect life on weapons and perfect warrior on armor and ring? Looking at constant healing, even in the case of your army getting wiped and you need to get some distance to recover from curse or poison, 30% increase in damage across the board for Talion, then 95% increase for like 15 on screen undead minions, on average, which you can then enrage. I've had a nemesis going back and forth (I keep bouncing between shaming and letting him get levels back to try and break iron will WITHOUT deranging him). He got up to lv 65 because he ambushed and killed me while I was ambushing a nemesis mission. He's hard to fight with all his immunities, having a shield, and enrages to everything. I just raised an army and enraged them. They swarmed and got him to broken after one enrage. I honestly felt like the tribe sets even beat out the Bright Lord set.

i dont think the orc level can go pass your level. I put this enchantment on my ring that give all my captain a 3 level raise and non of them go pass my level. im level 30 and if i brand a captain that is level 29 or 30. It's level will just be cap at 30 because my level is only 30. I think thats how it work because non of my captain have level higher then me.

Sans the Skeleton 2 reasons I would say. 1. You can't dominate an orc higher than you and 2. At least for me, if they look stupid I won't take them unless I plan to throw them into the pit
