Ya need a 4 inch hydraulic jack plate ,run whole lot better. Great job on rebuild ,looks good!

i don't see any water coming out of your engine, is your water pump working, or are you too high out of the water to pull cooling water

What pitch prop are you running, and what horsepower is the motor?

Can’t recall what prop I had on there. Motor was a Yamaha 40.

How fast is your set up once you got it dialed in

30 with the motor down. 25 with the motor all the way up, but the prop I had wasn’t meant to be run surfacing.
