Ever Best!!!! I just found how this move is happens... No one is able to describe how the back side seating is happens.. Thanks a lot dude! It seems You has to place the rear knee to the front foot the same line the board length to make the back side turn or to drop the knee out the turn in other one... Ist't it?

Hey shane i really like your videos and i watche them all and they really helped me but i have a question,i don’t know why but i cant sit like that i always need to be on my toes i can’t be on my entire foot(im French so sorry for the English i hope you will understand),so do you have advice?

Salut Snayzz. Certaines personnes sont moins flexibles, c'est normal. Try the strengthening and mobility exercises (hips, quads, hamstrings and calves) like in my last video. Ps: t'inquiète je comprend le français 😄
