Shannon is a great drummer. I have seen him play twice for ToTo and, while I love Simon Phillips, I have to say that those ToTo shows with Shannon, Carlos Vega and Shem Von Schroeck were among the best I had seen for the last two decades!

I saw Shannon with Fagen, McDonald & Boz (Dukes) - He blew me away with his precision & groove. Everything played impeccably well. Also love his playing on McDonald's Wide Open. New fan for life! - Truly Talented!

Just found out about Shannon after watching the 40 tours around the sun concert on KZfaq. Wanted to find out more about him. Couldn't really find anything until I stumbled on this interview. Thanks for the interview. I’d heard of him,but really didn’t know much about him. Now when I go back and listen to the Toto songs he played on, I try and listen more carefully to what he’s playing. Super drummer. Seems like a nice guy.

Glad that Shan has rejoined Luke & Joe for the tour. I saw him in London a couple of times and was blown away. Sadly, no one leaves Toto unless they are fired so I'm wondering why he left unless he was just hired for the tours?
