Its crazy to come back to this channel after not watching it in so many years. I used to frequently watch the ShayTards back in 2010/2011. I know there’s been some turmoil, but its great to see Shay and Colette in such a good place, as well as all the kids.

My tradition every year is to sit down and watch the Shaytards Christmas Special. It's crazy to see that everyone is grown up, remembering Gavin being a young teenager and now he is 18 (crazy). The ending almost got me crying, not every Christmas is the same, but you guys still manage to pull off an amazing video. Thanks, guys, for ending 2021 with a banger and Cheers to 2022.

We lost my dad almost two years back around the holidays, and my brother this year tested positive for COVID, so we couldn't all celebrate together. Amazing. I realized a long time ago that the reason I watch and enjoy these vlogs so much is because I never had this in my life. I guess you could say I watch these vlogs because Im living vicariously through them but also more than anything I want to achieve this for myself some day. My family was always broken and disfyunctional and for a long time I believed that family doesn't matter and I hated my family for a long time and I still kinda do, it's something Im trying to get over and move on from.
