Synopsis:
Cheng Shao Shang is a young girl who was forced to grow up alone after most of her family had to leave to fight in a bloody war. Thus she becomes stubborn and untrusting. She fends for herself in a town populated by people like her, who have been left behind by the war.
One day, a talented and powerfu general named Ling Bu Yi comes to the town - and falls in love with her at first sight. He resolves to marry her, even though it will cause him no end of problems if he decides to pursue this union. There are so many emotions in this scene. Out of all the C dramas i have watched, Love Like the Galaxy will always be my favorite. From the cinematography to the actors and actresses , even the soundtrack is on my playlist.

Definitely a great one! Have you watched Love Amidst a Snowstorm? It's also a great series with Leo Wu as the lead, highly recommend!

I think its the fact that she give her all when she does these crying scenes, no “trying to look pretty” she just SOBS and that makes it so much more heart wrenching and makes you cry with her scenes

I have seen most of Leo Wu’s dramas and this is the only drama that I have seen him endearingly look at his screen partner realistically as if he is 100% super in love for real , which makes this drama as my number one favorite , these couple raised the standard of Chinese dramas ! I am dying to see them pairing again in the future dramas . Leo Wu ♥️Zhao Lusi ❤❤❤

This drama has it's own fanbase, no other C drama can come close, it comes close to the best Korean dramas that broke records.

This is by far the best drama anywhere. The Fl is an amazing actress, I love watching her in any drama. The ML is also amazing , the chemistry they have in this drama is just unbelievable. I have watched this 1 drama at least 50 times, and I never get tired of it.

I love this show but I don't want to see them together in another drama. It will spoil my vision of them both. I will watch what ever they are both in just not together. I also would put The Story of Yanxi Palace with this as well as Princess Agents. One and Only, Story of Kunning Palace, Who Rules the World and Lost you forever. Shen LI is brilliant. I have just started watching Burning Flames with Ren in it and he has been teamed up with his Miss Crow again and it is phenomenal only took one episode and I am sold.

I love love this drama,!! But I have to say I was so disappointed when they took out the wedding scene. I read in an article about the book that they married had 6 kids and he was the third prince who became king right hand man. They helped the third prince to make a better life for their people.

For every c-drama I watch ..I skip attest 3 ..so am a die hard fan of Zhao lusi ...among her dramas ..this one is a stand out ..I usually dislike more than 24/30 episodes ...but this one was worth all the hours and repeats!!
