She found the perfect Tiny Home, which she lovingly named her Tiny Castle, and now lives in a Tiny House Village surrounded by other like-minded people. Her expenses were also slashed and she no longer has to worry about financials.

As she was mentioning having lots of photos of her daughter around the house I noticed she didn’t have any of her late husband… She made a beautiful home, very cosy and inviting ! 🏠💛

@@jocelynedube8472 she probably took extra photos down for this visit. The same photo of her daughter is in the bedroom and living room. They probably got the “ok” from her daughter to use her photo. If you watch these shows, you rarely see personal photos around.

Her home is lovely and she has made some very smart decisions. In downsizing the interior "stuff" that I have seen so many people clutter up their homes with, her home actually looks "big". One of the reasons why this place looks so beautiful is that she has been purposeful about the interior decorating. Just lovely!

It is not spacious. If there are 2 people in any tiny home in this world after 7 days you will never hear the word spacious. Unless they are being paid, or trying to get it sold. Cozy will become the new spacious.

What a beautiful home!! I like when Melody said "When you widowed, divorced or separated and if like you are out on your own, you are not on your own, don't think of it as a challenge think of it as an adventure." I will remember this as I am going through a separation. Thank you Melody! I'm glad Melody got the support she needed after the loss of her husband.

I am still waiting for my home, but this is inspiring to me that older women like myself with not a whole lot of money are making it on their own, I have my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so he is all I need, and he takes care of me.😊

Out of all the tiny homes I’ve seen, this by far is the best. The layout isn’t the typical narrow block and the interior is so light and airy.

Yep space has become an expensive thing in Idaho, I wanted to buy just a couple acres up where I am in North Idaho and now there isn't anything affordable, so disappointing.

For me, because the landscaping is treeless, yard-less and dismal and the lot is in such close proximity of the neighbors, no matter how nice the interior is, this would make it all very undesirable for me.

I feel the same. The house is beautiful but the area looks is barren and reminds me of the old row house neighborhoods. Much to cramped and no privacy. That area of TN is gorgeous and one should hope for more space. There are tiny home communities in the GA mountains that are lush with larger lots. Not to,keen on hearing my neighbor's toilet flushing.😢

This is the first tiny home I've seen that actually feels like a traditional home, thanks to all of the traditional furniture. I love the idea of downsizing, but i have some family pieces i couldn't imagine getting rid of. She seems like a lovely person, and i wish her many happy years in her beautiful home!

Melody, I think you have the perfect tiny house. I'm also (under) 5' tall and your choice of a (very comfy looking) twin bed makes such sense to me. I've slept in a twin for years (I'm 65) and it's always seemed more than enough (and easier to make up, wash bedding, etc). You have done such a beautiful job decorating your tiny. I wish you a long healthy wonderful life there at ITH.

What a gorgeous home! The layout is great and I love her beautiful design and decor. It’s absolutely perfect for one person . I love incredible tiny homes and follow their channel. It looks like such an awesome place to live because you really get to know people and not feel isolated if things go sideways. It’s also very affordable option .
