Stalking birds in PA is illegal (yes, I know this isn't in PA) and I'm not so sure I'd feel real comfortable shooting that bird THAT CLOSE (Well inside the 150 yard safety zone in many states) to someone's home either, especially with the lethality of TSS well past 40 yards. There comes a time when you need to just back out and get after him another day and imo this was one of those days.

You need to tell where you"r hunting not just the state it will help us to know what it looks like
