The 600LT is cool, no doubt! The wheels on this particular LT reminded me of the Murcielago LP640 'Hercules' wheels, especially when you were rolling through the car park.

Hey Luke, In the USA - a used McClaren 600LT Spider is same price-range as a Used Ferrari 458 Spider. All these being equal (price-wise) - which car would you prefer to own in your garage? And why? Thanks for the insight! Cheers, Ryan

Yeah! Proper car on proper roads :-) PS: Luke, please do something with sound - buy two mic wireless micro-ports (for You and for Your guests). You will be able to use both, when You will drive car alone: one mport with You, the second one near car exhaust (to record exhaust note). Please consider :-)

For the flames, did you make sure the car was in sport or track mode? Sometimes, it has to be in the right mode for that to happen.

Got a chance to drive a 600LT and that chassis is just so well put together. It feels faultless, like gliding on the road. Still super overpriced but incredibly capable

Beautiful car. Pity the build quality of Mclarens is beyond shocking, had to return my 570s after a month; Porsche does reliability on a far higher level than Mclaren, Ferrari and Lamborghini can currently manage.

Max Straesser 100% agreed. Porsche is king of the everyday supercar. Mclarens are sexier but Porsche is Mr. Reliable

I actually think the McLaren 600LT and Porsche 911GT2 RS are the best sounding turbo supercars. The 675LT, as well as the 612hp version of MP4-12C coupe & spider, also sound very good. But not quite as good as the 911GT2 RS and 600LT, in my opinion. And to me, the best sounding V6 turbo engine is the Ford GT's.
