That was the whole point that Black Belt Barrister was trying to make in this video, but I happen to disagree with that assessment. Amber normally looked at the jury when she spoke, but when she says "You can look online..." she is staring down Camille, not the jury or the judge. She's really NOT telling ANYBODY to look up anything online, she's speaking rhetorically, to Camille.

As a woman who has been in a violent relationship only last year, I am sickened by the way Amber Heard has behaved during this whole thing, she is still trying to play victim, after being successfully sued and mainstream media are enabling her to continue to play victim. The way they did that dateline interview they made it like there was still some doubt over who the real victim of that relationship was.

I agree with you 100%. I was also in a relationship that was physical and mental and emotional a few years ago and nothing she has said or done is what a true victim or survivor would ever do or say. Amber has houses full of clothes that are worth $1000s, if not millions of dollars. There is no way that she needs to shop at a discount store, because nothing at a discount store would be better than just re-wearing clothes she already owns. Now if she was caught shopping for cheaper homes, because she has to sell her mansions to pay off Johnny, that would make sense. We need to see ads of her properties for sale, just like we saw Johnny’s.

Hold on, lets be completely honest (as she never seems to be) She was deemed a "victim" of JD's first lawyer, so she got that lesser amount deducted from his award. What was the "abuse" his lawyer subjected her to? He called her counter suit of defamation against JD a hoax, that it should be summery dismissed and not taken up by the court, that she was and always has been a liar. That's it. He said she lies and her suit was a hoax. But he did it on the court steps and after the court agreed to take it up. It got him sanctioned and barred from representing JD. It's a big no no for a lawyer to defame another litigants case, if the court agrees to hear it, so calling it a hoax was hyperbole. But the liar part? I think that was readily proven in court for all the world to see, but he jumped the gun on that, by having a press conference saying it.

I was abused in a relationship for years and I can say that her acting at pretending she was abused, is the furthest from the truth. A woman who has suffered abuse, shows it in her eyes, her face, the way she talks, and believe me… recalling such terrible experiences, do bring REAL TEARS even when trying so hard to avoid them. I think Amber purposely staged this as another PR stunt. She chooses once again to tip off TMZ, where she’ll be and with who. She’s trying to portray to the public that she’s an average everyday type of woman who shops at places like all of us, with the purpose to create likability and relatability. Just as she stated, she’s not the most likable victim. She attempting to create that likability. Next, if she in fact was truly shopping at TJMax, that means she doesn’t have money for her expensive wardrobe, let alone be able to afford NANNY’s to watch her baby while she’s out and about. If she can’t afford her fancy clothes, she sure as heck can’t afford the nanny!! 😅

If this is the case, she's again showing how tone deaf she is. I mean.. "OH NO, now she has to buy her clothes where I have to buy my clothes!!" Either she's trying to set this up to make herself more relatable which fails because she called TMZ for a photoshoot or she's trying to make us feel sorry for her by having to sink to our level which is insulting. Remember, she more than likely had Dateline remove the part of the line about not having the same resources as "you and me" when addressing Savannah Guthrie in the Friday night broadcast, so she doesn't see us normal every day people as peers and tried to hide her slip up.

If you can remember from the X-TMZ employees witness testimony... The white flash means the content was sold to them, and sent directly from the owner of the video, because it has to be authenticated!!! And that's when they put their (TMZ) ownership and tag their name in the video with the watermark! Basically what it means is her PR team took the video, it's 100% staged! And they sold it to TMZ! As in Amber sold it, otherwise it couldn't be aired because the have to authenticate and authorize!

AH and her team deliberately pointed the jury to look at the UK case online during the US case. Then, after the verdict, Elaine went on National TV saying the jury must have looked online. Well if they did look online they would have found the UK case. But, they would have also seen AH's flippancy during her testimony, the judges links to the Sun newspaper, and the fact that there was no evidence against JD other than AH's lies. So, in a nutshell, pointing the jury to search the UK case was not a wise decision on the part of AH's team. And, of course, this is assuming the jury would do such a thing whilst under oath not to to do so. AH and her team are "psychological criminals" in reality and should be exposed as such !

It’s interesting that she is out shopping at “discount” stores and the story is basically saying that she’s broke now. I find it odd that somebody who is apparently broke is out shopping at all regardless of which clothing store it is.

She doesn't need clothes, during the trial we saw a large room full of double racks loaded with her clothes. I really hope Johnny makes her pay the $8.3 million so she can only afford to shop at The Salvation army.

I would not have been able to tune in and watch as it would have been triggering. Watching it with lawyers/ behaviour analysts etc is the only way I've been able to just about handle it

I’m an old school feminist which means I want to be treated equally and have equal opportunities. Im a little disgusted that they would give the abuser airtime because the traditional gender roles are reversed in this case. They would not have interviewed the loser of the case and the deemed abuser if it were a man. And honestly, even with the pushback, they defamed him once again. And TJ Maxx rocks.

I went a year without buying new clothes because I had lost my job. She had a full penthouse DEDICATED to ALL of her clothes, outfits and assessories. What does she NEED so bad to where she need to shop? How about she sell some of her clothes to pay for actual living expenses like the rest of us need to do at times. Sheesh. So out of touch with reality. She probably called it in to make people feel sorry for her. No some of us don't even get to buy new items at discount stores. I don't feel sorry for her, she dug her own grave. Period.

The only reason AH would shop in that store is to fool the public into thinking that she is pennyless, hoping that they feel sorry for her, and it is all JD's fault because she can't spend his money anymore. She definitely knew the camera person.

And then take a check for that amount, dressed as Jack Sparrow, to the children's hospital la. He donates something much more valuable than money, and that is his time. I think that would be the biggest "in your face" move that he could make, while also helping out so many children.

All she does is lie, I believe nothing she say’s . I don’t believe ANYONE would talk about a innocent child , EVERYONE knows it’s not that babies fault . Someone commented about a movie where something was said about a baby and microwave, and they believe she took that from the movie . The girl has mental problems and she be seeking help .

The thing that pissed me off about the interview was that they allowed her to lie about the source of the notes in the "binder". The notes were a one sided account of AH making allegations to a THERAPIST, who never spoke with Johnny to get his side of the story. They are allowing her to continue to defame Johnny.
