Michael was ordered to pay child support to Leslie because their son was living with Leslie. He has now been living with Michael and he wants Leslie to pay child support. Leslie wants to increase Michael's support because Michael is now dating her sister.

I believe that income is what her buisness makes a yr, but since she is the owner she believes she has to mention it as her income. But out of those 400k a yr she paid employees,materials,insurance ect. If she would have said she has a salary for her self out of the buisness, the judge would have wrote down that salary amount.

Let's see, while building up a business to support their family (because you can't live on dad's $40k per year) dad CHOOSES to then have an affair with her SISTER. Mom originally has custody of the child but can't watch him properly because of the business so she gives him custody. He then makes up a home with her sister. There is a lot of blame to go around and it seems to have started with the person who came out the winner....

nobody’s gonna be that guy so i guess i will originally, the mother had custody of the child. three years ago (from this moment in court), the child has been under the fathers custody. the underlying reason why the marriage or whatever ended was that he got with the ex’s sister. “i’m a music teacher, she plays the clarinet, we fell in love”. the dad was still paying child support from when she had custody, but now he has custody. the father makes $40k/year, and the mother makes $400k/year. 10 times his salary. she was still salty that he got with her sister, and requested an increase. all in all at the end, she ends up having to pay him $2k/month, and obviously he owes her nothing. the judge was upset to hear that he’s with her sister though

Just the fact that she thinks he should pay more child support to benefit her catering business is insane to me! He shouldnt even be paying her support if the child is living with him!

Yeah, but he definitely did her wrong by dating her sister. Doesn’t mean she needs to be compensated financially for his behavior, but it shows that he’s no angel either

He’s a grown adult and while I do agree it’s kinda disgusting to date within the family I.e her sister. He shouldn’t have been paying any support due to her negligence as a mother to her son. Like she should’ve been paying it regardless cause she meets $400K a year and her sons barely scraping by as well. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ she’s just not there
