Back to no.3, if you turn on your master, it is only when you get a better offer from a rival party. But even then, they might not want to keep you knowing your "history", a good example here is A'rou. Even in our modern western culture, nobody like a snitch. Even for whistle blower who did it for the greater good, they don't have good ending most of the time.
