For anybody in the comments looking for more info about the Jacob sheep, I actually have Jacob's sheep. I have one two-horned ewe and one four-horned ewe. Most Jacobs have spots, they're not usually 100% black they're more of a dark brown and they bleach in the Sun to a really nice coffee color. I'm going to be doing my first shearing of them by hand this year and I'm really excited for it. They're not the best wool breed, but they're the best breed for me.

What got you into this for a living? I'm curious. I'm teaching my daughter that she can do anything the guys do. She took auto mechanics last year and loved it! She and I (her Mom) plan to buy an old car to work on next year together. I can't wait!
