Why do you always put Sawdust down on the trailers would it not be easier to leave it bare so it is quicker to wash-out ?

Great question, Cattle will stand whilst travelling, sheep will sometimes lay down, this helps to keep them clean and gets them something nice to lay on

Why do you have to put down the dirt? sawdust? for the sheep, but not for cattle?

Hi great question, Cattle stand up whilst travelling , sheep will sometimes lay down , also it helps to keep there wool clean

Sorry but that’s cruel to load them like that. I guess there going for slaughter. They have bairly any head room or movement room. I feel the farmer is cruel to have them like that.

The reason that don’t have room is so the load is stable and safe for the roads, having one large area for them to move around and be distressed would be dangerous. It amazes me that people watch videos and presume they know what’s best.😂 Becky’s being doing this years I’m sure she doesn’t need your 2p
