Today we're making some delicious Sheera or Semolina pudding.
This version is dairy-free and a healthier version that can be enjoyed as a tea-time snack.
Ingredients -
1/2 cup coarse semolina
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup sugar (less 1 tablespoon), or to taste
A few sultanas or raisins
A few almonds, chopped
A few cashew nuts, chopped
A pinch or two of cardamom powder
1 and 1/2 cup boiling hot water
