I don't believe that Ramona was "using" Sheldon. She indicated interest in his work, but it seems to be out of genuine admiration. It would seem that she views Sheldon as similar-minded to herself, which would explain her interest in him. Later on, she seemed to genuinely love him when she kissed him (several seasons later).

Yeah people seem to think that Ramona has problems, but IMO she seems genuinely infatuated with Sheldon and is probably the only girl who has ever had a crush on him in his life. Amy doesn't count (as having a crush) since she met him on a dating app.

Especially the kiss in Season 10 shows her genuine affection. That was her last-ditch attempt to convince Sheldon to change his mind and get together with her (Ramona) instead of Amy. People don't do stuff like that if they're just using you. She actually liked him.

Don't know what show, you were watching. The show was never political. It's about young scientists. It never took on anything political. It just made science look fun. The only contradiction was between Sheldon's mother and Leonard's mother. You can raise a boy with science intellect and have a soft spiritual side. After all, God gave man the intelligence to make medicine for any illness.

In case you haven't noticed, there are many scenes in movies and TV programs where they eat---genius, just not this one apparently. So actors can eat or at least make it look they are eating while saying lines. In case you forgot, we all do it in real life. What an ignorant retort, are you always this stupid? I guess you figured watching a program depicting intelligent people would help you----apparently not.@@amariah1980

Also they don’t do it in one take. A five minute scene may represent hours and hours of filming. That would be a hell of a lot of food to eat for each take. Also continuity errors would arise from different amounts of food on the plate appearing and disappearing.

And yet many movies and some sitcoms actually do show them eating or at least putting food in their mouthes, or at least raising the fork to their mouth. Continuity errors are far more common than you think, even in big budget movies, you can see proof of that right here on YT. Second, they are not always eating. One scene shows one of the characters raising food to their mouth and then cuts away or comes in closer to the person who is delivering the next line where now, no food is actually consumed. So you can see, "a hell of a lot of food" is not being consumed. Also, many times the food on their plate is not what you think, cold mashed potatoes are sometimes used for vanilla ice cream etc. There are many ways through editing etc. to make them appear to be eating when in fact they are eating very little or nothing at all. But when there is an eating scene and the establishing shot/scene goes through the trouble of setting food in the scene and all they ever do is push the food around on their plate, it starts to call attention to itself, and while this is only a TV sitcom and not a movie, it still becomes noticeable. @@Caullandpower
